I had a bit of a spill from the bike and ended up sliding along the trail on my shoulder/head.

I was wearing my Raceface Aquanot jacket at the time and the fabric has worn through.
I say worn through, as I wouldn’t describe it as a tear.

Either way, there is now a small hole in the shoulder of my jacket.

Is there any way to repair the jacket and make it fully waterproof again?

I’ve used these patches in the past, and they’ve worked brilliantly.

Strikingly similar. And based in Northern Ireland also.

I think it’s a website template that an Irish based web design company uses – plenty more similar ones around like macski.com

    Thanks chaps (or chapesses…)

I’ll get some of those and report back.

Doing the Tour de Ben Nevis next week and need my waterproof to be waterproof!

If you want to ‘repair’ it for nothing, on my waterproofs I use a bit of gaffa tape stuck on the inside, with a bit of superglue run round the face to seal the edges to the tape. It just won’t be breathible in that 1″ square.
