I'm starting to get a bit concerned at the amount of sugary crap I'm eating when training and racing. I dread to think what it's doing to my already not great teeth plus it gets sticky and tastes sickly.
I currently do Torq drink, a gel an hour, flapjack or similar plus jelly babies.
Are there any savoury alternatives or less sugary/sticky bits. The jelly babies get pretty ropy after 6hrs in a sweaty jersey.
