    As above, is it possible, and if so how easy is it and will I notice increased flex etc (9mm QR)?

    2009 model I think

    Sure I read somewhere that there is a shim or a spacer or something I can remove, but I cant find the thread anywhere and cant remember if it applied to all models of the SID or maybe someone was just mistaken

    Pretty certain not – 2011 SIDs will do though.

    80 or 100 on the 09s …. flexy at that ! id ride mine at 80 if my frame didnt like them better at 100 …. headangles to steep at 80 !
