Doing a bit of bivvying in a few weeks and looking for a seatpost rack/beam which can take about 10kg. Can anybody recommend one for around the £25 mark?

10kg on a beam rack will not be good.

Thanks. I like the look of the carraidice sqr bag but wasnt planning on spending that much (but I might have to!)

TheBrick……are you saying that much weight on any beam rack wont be good, stability etc? I’m only asking as I’ve found one that says 35kg max weight.

Halfords do a bolt-on seat rack for £25. It’ll take 10kg no probs – I use one on my hardtail.
