First series was brilliant, even watched the American series too.
Couch potato tonight me thinks.
No spoilers but series 2 is great - different from 1 but still great.
Thanks for the PSA! Sky+ done!!
Didn't realise it was 2 hours long! Great stuff.
Watched for the first time, looks like it could be good.
Spiral was really good as well.

Spoiler Alert.
She has a new jumper!
Don't forget we have another episode tonight.
Cracking stuff, also taught me some Danish
Tak!
Another two episodes cinnamon-girl.
(thought of you today while listening to Prince's rendition
)
I have a crush on Sara Lund.
Does anybody else find themselves trying to copy the funny way they pronounce some words and names?
EDIT: Not just me then piedi.
Ooooh I'm flattered DD.
Didn't know Prince had covered it, nobody does it like NY!

Only shares the title c_g; it's not a cover. It's Prince's own song. ;-P
(Don't worry, I loves NY's song too).
Tak
I finally got round to finishing series 1 tonight after a 6 month break. Good stuff.
I'm trying to learn Danish too (I'm marrying a Dane next year) but I still can't distinguish separate words from most sentances
Last of the Series tomorrow, usual two episodes.
Saturday nights will never be the same again!
the secretary has a very nice bottom in jeans.
that is all.

So far I've worked out that something that sounds like 'wa-fa' is 'why' and that something that sounds like 'facked-up' is 'facked-up'
Really enjoying the series, I need to try and watch the original now.
A cut-out-and-keep glossary of some of the most frequently uttered on-screen phrases (and, yes, quite a few swearwords among them) to listen out for. Enjoy!
1. Undskyld [ˈɔnˌsgylˀ] – sorry/excuse me
2. Hvor er...? [ˈvɒˀ ˈæɐ̯] – where is/are...
3. For helvede [ˈfoˀɐ̯ ˈhεlvəðə] – for ****'s sake
4. Jeg har travlt [ˈjɑj ˈhɑˀ ˈtʁɑwˀl – I'm busy
5. Hvad laver du? [ˈva ˈlæːvə ˈdu] – what are you doing?
6. Tak [ˈtɑg] – thanks
7. Hvordan går det? [vɒˈdan ˈgɒˀ ˈde] – how's it going?
8. Fandeme [ˈfanəmə] – bloody, as in "I'll bloody show you"
9. Kom ind [ˈkʌmə ˈenˀ] – come in
10. Hvad fanden [ˈva ˈfæːn] – what the hell

How good was it last night?
Fantastic news that there will be a third series!
Loved the series but thought the end was a bit weak.
Won't spoil it for people who haven't seen it yet , but wouldn't a special forces person notice a distinct lack of blood when shooting someone. Also the shot person would have broken ribs.
My wife moans that I cant suspend belief, which is a fair point.
Really enjoyed this, jolly well have not seen the first series. Looked inertesting on iPlayer, so downloaded first couple of episodes, got hooked.
I thought Spiral was very good as well. Looking forward to more of that too.
Elf - there was an American version of The Killing series 1. Twas good, set in Seattle I think, and always rained.
Ooh no I don't like rain.
Juts finished the last two episodes from recorded TV.
much better finish than series one.
The secretary and Lund both have lovely arses in jeans.
that is all.
I'm gutted it has finished, what to watch now?
+1 for Spiral.
I might have to resort to a third viewing of The Wire.
really enjoyed it - also gutted it's finished - is there really going to be another one ?
The secretary and Lund both have lovely arses in jeans.
