Durham Police have recovered £20,000 worth of stolen bikes and parts in a raid on a shop in County Durham.
Anyone who has had anything stolen is asked to come forward to try and identify their bits.

Sorry but that particular constabulary are hopeless.

Phoned the number and got a lady who hadn't a clue what I was talking about – got put through to four different people, all equally clueless and eventually got put onto a helpdesk ansaphone.

The message promised a quick call back and that was five hours ago.

Just phoned up myself….very helpful police officer ( I know!?) left my details, he told me they are going too collate as many names and details of peoples stolen bikes etc. Then let everybody know and hold an open day sometime this week or next.
