Am considering a paperwhite (sans adverts) meself. I have a kindle version 3 with keyboard and voraciously eat novels.

Is it any good? I keep thinking about it but I’m sure I’ll miss the buttons for ‘next/previous’.

As for the Voyage and Oasis well they can get stuffed at that price!

I presume it works the same as the touchscreen one without a backlight, which is what I have (and really wish I had a paperwhite 🙁 ) I’ve not experienced one of the older ones with proper buttons, but I’m sure you’ll get used to it very quickly – it works fine and you certainly don’t need the buttons to go forwards and backwards.

I got a Voyage from work last year as an Xmas present. It’s “better” than the paperwhite it replaced but not that much better I’d have paid for it myself. The new Oasis looks nice but again, not sure how much better it really is other than “ooh shiny” which is why my colleague bought it.
