are XL size in the Fox XL mode i.e. 34"?

I would say XL is 36-38 probably but that's a guess. I got L and I am probably 34-36 and they fit me pretty well.

Non-detachable liner though.

I've taken a punt on some in size M – they may be on the classifieds in a week 😆

They are detachable. It just has little loops with pop studs to attach them.
