Bit of a niche post but to save any yeti owners measuring and working out the best solution for in-car bike storage, the monster duff bag at http://www.duffbag.com/blog/2011/05/13/duffbag-monster-bike-bag/ fits just with the seats down (not out). Need to shift front seat forward but takes my solaris (m) easily and my rocket (M with 780mm bars) just.
Can’t carry bike on trailer for night rides as I leave straight from work, car was getting a bit mangled inside with spikey bits so this is a good solution. Tough as old boots, pretty easy to get bike in and out once you’ve done it a few times and also keeps it out of sight.
Also duffbag do a six week refund if it doesn’t fit. Amusingly it fits in my wife’s Honda Jazz a lot easier. Maybe I’ll start taking her car to work on Wednesdays…
