    On now –
Two hours single shot film from Bath to Dundas – weirdly absorbing. 😕

[… and why is nobody waving?]

I watched about an hour or so. Very relaxing.

If it had been on earlier I probably would have watched the whole 2 hours

My geography is generally pretty good but isn’t Dundas in Glasgow?

Did they do the trip in an ekranoplan???

Guessing the folk waving are tossing buckie bottles at them…

I may look it up on iPlayer, cos I’m sick of being awake at this time of the night…..

Great social history lesson as well as being nice and soothing.

My wife made me switch it off and go to bed. She has no soul.

I watched a few bits of this … (during the ad breaks in 300 on itv2… damn, I know it’s a homoerotic fest but I do like it… sorry I digress)… and found it weird that you’d see a building off in the distance… then you’ll watch a duck swim past and all of a sudden that building you spied up th canal is now right on top of you….?

I was disappointed to learn that it was not a new series of Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon bickering and doing impressions on a long boat.

Had I known it was one of those “slow” programmes, I might have watched some of it but was tired enough so went to bed.
