    I have, on the A4 at Yatesbury, a couple of miles from Avebury. Incredible experience, at around 1.00am.

    yup, but alerts are valid for up to 24 hours, ime so tonight may produce a show
    (may be one just now if you’re in the right time zone)

    That is pretty far south, would have loved to have seen that, perfect night ride light show.

    Would love to see an aurora but I’d have to point that the moon is almost full and is up for the whole of the night, so will blast any faint objects of interest out of the sky.

    If it isn’t cloudy…….
