That top one is awesome, just not in white. Got their Innings softshell in bright green for crimbo, nice bit of kit, bit warm for most riding though. Would be perfect for crisp mornings around freezing, but was too warm even with just a baselayer at 8-10 degrees.

I think I tried a couple of dare2be softshells on in the shops a week or two ago. Im 6’2″ and I think I remember the small was a good fit round the cheat but the arms were too short. I’ve bought a medium this time, I’ll just have to put up with it being slightly baggy.

good point. its more the fact that i was just going to be spending money on something i didnt need. the delivery charge just made me realise i didnt need it.

Sizing is pretty normal, I’m 6’1″ with a 38-40 chest and it’s quite long, reaches down to the top of my hamstrings. Quite a lot of room in the chest, but not baggy. Pit vents are a good feature if it’s windy enough for them to work.

Any snowboarding jacket I’ve seen would be too warm for anything other than brief slow trips in v cold weather.

Softshell types may be different tho.
