    Its free worldwide postage, Ive used this site before and found it good, stuff takes around 2 weeks to arrive.

    Well im currently using inner tubes, wrapped around the chain stay, and am happy enough to wait, so why not.

    I got mine free with various mags or lobbed in gratis from bike shops/websites. Other than that I use tubes and cable ties.
