Given that the health of your little swimmers owes a lot to your own wellbeing - did many Dads on here change things when trying to get pregnant? I'm thinking more exercise, no booze, better eating, that kinda thing.
What I really want to know is: if you did change something, was it a long build-up, did you stop drinking for 3 months before you really started trying? Or did you just stop one day and get on with attempts at the same time?
This is a genuine question - so while I'm expecting a few of a certain type of reply - please can we be a tiny bit serious too? I'd love to get a few real answers before you all get my thread closed. Ta!
