I’ve just had an email through about my Ring 2 doorbell, basically a recall. Free replacement on the way apparently then they’d like the old one posted back.
I’ll probably send that with Hermes.

    At their expense I imagine?

We have a deaf postman so he always rings and knocks.

If your doorbell’s broken how will you know when the replacement arrives?

If this is one of those doorbells with an app, just get your money back.

    I just googled Ring 2.

£180 for a doorbell with a nickname of ‘The Silent Service’? Gosh.

    I prefered the original Ring.

You could see who was coming.

then they’d like the old one posted back.

Presumably they will send a returns postage label, or they won’t see many of them.

Have you tried working it out with a pencil?
