    I’ve got a Motorola RAZR I on a contract with Orange.
    This February when it was just over 12 months old it stopped working. Phone would start up but get stuck on the start up screen.
    Eventually got it fixed under warranty after some hassle.
    Fast forward 2 months and I get the same fault, initially Orange didn’t want to know but after a few phone calls I managed to get them to send me a new phone for free. They later charged me £170 for it but that’s another story!

    Anyway the replacement phone now has the same fault!!!!

    Have I just been unlucky or is it a known and common fault?

    So orange have offered to replace the Razri with a Moto G, which is a down grade. They were adamant that was the only replacement could offer me but would reduce my monthly payment by a fiver.

    Should I push them for a handset with a better camera and sd card slot or just take the Moto G, I know lots of people on here think they’re fantastic phones but I’m wary of having another Motorola.
