    Help, i have sold my car [ he’s not picking up until plate transfered!]
    I see on the DVLA website it is £105 to retain, and old plate back on car.
    My question is this, if i retain it do i have to pay again to put it onto a new car in say 1-2 weeks? That would be another £80. Or is that included in the price.

    No you have covered the cost. £80 transfer and £25 retention fee.
