times are tight, were always being told to look for savings. couldnt help laughing when they had new carpets installed even though the aircon in the ceiling was leeaking. So naturally instead of fixing the leak they had rhe carpets cleaned, now the whole areas blocked off and the roofs still leaking – fer **** sake!
