    Does price matching count as being a discount?

    I have a CTC card that gives me 10% off Evans stuff, but they also do price matching too. The CTC discount applies to non-discounted goods, however I'm not sure whether price matching counts. I'm guessing it does, but I thought it might be worth checking with the hive mind.
