Hey there, been looking at this, in the classifieds.
But, there's no price, and I'm not sure what to offer. I know it depends on condition, but what do you lot think?
I've thought about the "50% after a year, then 10% pa after that" rule, but that comes down to pretty much nothing, so, waddya reckon?
