   Shimano XT front mech 34.9 + XT LH Shifter used but in decent condition £15+postage
   Shimano SLX front mech 34.9 used about twice £10 + postage
   SRAM X9 LH shifter (with matchmaker)used about twice £10 + postage (this was fitted with the SLX front derailleur)
   E13 LS1 32-34 back plate old iscg, never used £5 + postage
   Scott alu seatpost 34.9 £5 + postage

   Probably was on a bike for about 5 yrs, but I never really changed down to the granny so not used that much for changing gears.
