Read quite a bit about installing these, must be a few on here who have done this so what does everyone do?

Thinking I just ‘go in dry’ with the cups first time…Loctite if I end up with a creaky BB.

Anyone use grease on the inside of the shell, or the outside of the cups?

Loctite will help lubricate during installation plus there’s a risk you’ll damage the bearings try to knock them out again if they do start creaking.

They are supposed to be assembled with loctite.

I read only to Loctite if they’re a ‘loose fit’

A little more info, I’m only changing the bearings…re-using the same cups, they came out dry which surprised me a little. Never had any creaking issues that were down to the cups.

Ok, pressed the cups in dry they were nice and snug.

Have Loctite 641 and primer on order just in case I need to whip them back out.

If it is a carbon frame you should be using a light film of grease.
