Looking at Marty’s LinkedIn profile, he’s a web developer. So he’s the one doing the domain registering and webdev but might not have any direct connection with the company beyond them being one of his customers.

And if they are the same company, unless it’s a one-man band then it could well be that the sales / orders etc are nothing to do with him.

What he might have, however, is contact details for them.

On their Facebook they’re had successful orders in the past but none since November.

I had no intention of involving Marty.

I’ve contacted my bank who’ve raised a case and will send me the paperwork in about a fortnight, i may or may not get anything back…

It’s dodgier than this one and reads to me like the text was written by a non-native English speaker.

Yeah sadly it has all the hallmarks of a scam site: generic layout, spelling/grammatical errors, no contact info (breaking the law for a UK e-commerce site)

Sorry, it’s taken so long but this has just shown up in my websites SEO analysis of my business.

I would like to give some clarity to this topic. I wanted to post this publically but the thread seems to be closed so if you can post this, please feel free.

The company Molwal (the one you’re in conflict with), as far as I’m aware had their assets frozen (Paypal) etc… I’m not sure why but because of that they could not fulfill orders.

My only association with this firm was building and hosting the site. After a few months, they stopped paying me (I’m out of pocket) and ignored all my calls/emails. I then found out they started trading again under the name ”The Market Boutique” https://www.facebook.com/marketboutiqueshop/

Annoyingly this thread is associating my name and business with this firm and is not exactly portraying a good light for me.
