I just wnated to get this corrects as my Road BB30 has play in it. I’m using a FS Gossamer crankset. Is it worth getting the Praxis bottom bracket here or going to the Converter and HT2 requiring a new crankset?

How good is the praxis BB 30 and is it compatible with my cranks?

just fitted one to my Cannondale, removing the creaky old Hollograms and fitting some 9000 Dura-Ace – fitting was straight forward enough with a headset press and 2x BB tools

not sure thats compatible with a true bb30 crankset, more a HT2 BB crankset that uses a 30mm spindle ala Infocrank, Rotor, Praxis own crankset etc, as the bearings sit outboard and your FSA spindle wouldn’t be long enough

This sounds like its cheaper and easier for my LBS to replace my BB for £50 (again) annually.
