A couple who are friends of mine are cycling around the world at the moment. In Vietnam last week a drunk motorcyclist rammed straight into the lady as she was cycling up a hill. Her bike was totally wrecked but even though she was thrown some distance, she escaped with relatively minor injuries.
The bike was a Sanderson touring prototype from Independant and I'm told that, true to form, Independant are going that extra mile to get a replacement frame and forks out to Vietnam so they can rebuild and continue their journey.
I Think I've read criticism of On Your Bike on here before....so this offers a bit of balance.... I'm also told that On Your Bike (London) are being particularly helpful and going that extra mile to get replacement parts out to Vietnam for them.
So nice One guys... on behalf of Roger and Dee, thanks.
