Not so much praise for Royal clothing
I’m sure there has been a bit of CRC bashing lately, although I’ve not actually read it, however…
Bought a pair of 2014 Royal Minus winter gloves on 7th Jan and wore them once at BPW. Upon returning home, I found they had come apart where the cuff meets the glove.
Emailed CRC a picture and within 24hrs, I received the response as follows..
“Thank you for your email.
We are sorry to hear that your gloves are faulty. On this occasion we are sending you a replacement and there is no need to return the faulty item but please dispose of it accordingly.
This should be dispatched within the next 24 hours.
We trust this helps”
Yes, it does – very helpful.
As for the gloves – they get one more chance!
