hi,im just enquiring about a ppi claim direct with my bs,but when it comes to the question “were you mis sold a ppi”-what is the best way of answering,any experiences??

I just told the truth. I was firmly told that I could not get a loan from the Alliance and Leicester without PPI as they told me direct over the phone that this was the case.

Go on the which website and there is a whole thing that will take your details and form you a letter to send to your bank . They even have all the right addresses to send the letter to .I was told that this is all the claim back companys do so if you do it yourself you save the commision. I just said they never told me it was optional .

given the banks have set aside 13bn quid thats 276 pounds waiting for evry person in the uk over 18.. the average payout is 2750..
on this i’m not claiming.. i made a claim and they paid out whilst i had 26 weeks off work.. will i have to pay the money back..
