I hacked some out this weekend with my nephews.

I know they say a bad workman blames his tools, but I should probably use something better than a bread knife.

I reckon a fully kitted out dremel set, and you’d be able to do some awesomeness.

Well, they’re pumpkins but might not meet the scary criteria

We just finished carving our “Jack” pumpkin.

Really pleased with it.

And lit –

Al excellent. A few years ago we left it a tad late and ended up with a a water melon, cantaloupe melon, pineapple and a turnip.

I got the turnip and a bloody good job I did too. I’ll try and find a photo.

We have a couple older kids and a new baby. I’m carving for the older kids and they’ve asked I make one for the little guy so I thought I’d do a crying/wailing one as that’s his thing at the moment.
