Anyone else experience this? I’m king of the shit skin at the best of times but this time my sweet and the cold create a proper uncomfortable rash on my face and neck. I does anyone have any solutions other than give up biking? Like a protective cream to use before a ride?

I got this from my helmet strap. My solution was to loosen it up slightly and don’t shave a couple of days before riding.

Either shave properly or don’t shave for a bit.

Keep helmet straps clean and wash and moisturise when you get back.
