"Possibly" if I can't remove a snapped and stuck seatpost fron current frame!!!

19", or equivalent (6'2" tall, 34" inside leg), quality steel frame with 120mm (ish) headtube to fit current fork steerer.Must be compatable with 100mm fork - ie not long travel, erm, obviously.

Whatcha got?
