Hubs look like DT 190s or 240’s …… maybe worth it for the hubs alone?

hubs are 240’s, and the front QR (it can be converted to 15mmm but its pricey and 3rd party)

only 28h hubs as well,

some cheap stan’s rims as well, the avanti tt frame looks decent price, so does the Cippolini frame, although it doesn’t have forks?

If it’s possible to convert the hubs, how expensive would it be?
Are the clinchers worth the extra dosh…?
