    Can I polish my new second hand carbon frame with any car polish or do I need to use a particular one!!

    providing its not bare carbon you can use anything,i use regular autoglym car polish

    It’s a bicycle. A tool. Why would you want to polish it?

    Give it a wipe over with Baby wipes for now, then, as you get real, just treat it like any other piece of equipment.

    Stop fannying around & just ride the bloody thing. Unless it’s just a decoration in which case you could try olive oil like I do with my seatpost & bars.

    Although I agree with just getting on and riding, a good polish will stop the shit sticking.
