Anyone found a way of setting the inner cage in the high setting and still being able to use the adjustment wheel on the go ? Seems a daft design that the wheel gets buried up inside the lid….

Yep, can be a little tricky. Not the best design.

Good thing they aren’t stupidly expensive… oh wait.
