That bloke has thumped at least 3 cyclists this week.

“may have hit the car with their flat hand”

it’s a pity the bbc missed off the reg no of the car KJ56HGF.

I reckon that with the video eveidence the cyclist at the end of the clip received a fine from the popo’s for riding on a pavement….
