My favourite film of all time now has a stupid plastic twatyniner named after it.

my favourite comic actor now has a twatty, pointless forum poster named after him 😉

IIRC didn’t brant say that px would be selling some less core/more racy versions of on one bikes. guess that’s what this’d be…

looks like the sort of bike I love, with the exception of the horrific logo emblazoned on the down tube. I do like a bit of subtlety rather than garish toys r us style graphics

decals are self adhesive, supplied separately and available for owners to fit, or not fit at their discretion.

shame. I know why they do it but especially in the larger sizes I’d rather have another set of bottle cage bosses.

This looks good, I’m looking for a new race bike and was thinking about the 29er race or the lurcher. Will the 29er race ever come back into stock or is this the option to go for now. And will you be getting the rigid carbon bladed forks back in stock?
    Cheers

29er Race on the water now, though only in 18in size.
Carbon forks coming too in the same container (or “can” as Colin likes to call them).

Those were X-lite weren’t they? If so that would have been under Brant’s previous job with hotlines(?)

Any update on when the geared Lurchers will be, errr, in the can, on the water ? 😀

So what’s the difference between this and a lurcher or race 29er?

Lighter, stiffer, or just less ugly?

They were x-lite but he might have brought the moulds with him 😆

Like the bike but it’s all getting a bit confusing with the different parts of the company overlapping each other, i feel a re-launch is needed to keep things simple,

    Looks nice 🙂

I was hunting for something like this, where does it sit in the lineup? Heavier than a Race XC, lighter than a Lurcher? Or is it a Lurcher by another name?

    i have no idea.

but i’ve just been into the showroom, and can confirm that it had looked great.

and if their other carbon frames are anything to go by, it’ll weigh practically sod-all.

Shame it has just 1 set of bottle cage bosses, not sure I see the point of that.
