… anyone point me to any documentation on how to replace the bearings in dog hubs?

I’ve done hope xc’s before, so know the basics- kinda hoping the hope bearing drifts may help me out…

tootallpaul – I have downloaded the page and image files form the old On-One website as Im not sure it’s still up. If you email me I can email back the webpage files in a zip file or if you give me a moment I might be able to host it myself…

    Nearly- 6001 2RS.

The document is great Stoner- how do you do the bearings in the Freehub though? It only deals with the body bearing.

IIRC freehub is not cartridge bearings, it’s a regular bearings. Easier and cheaper to buy a new freehub when I did mine, I think it’s the same as the DMR revolver – http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=7685

my review of the dmr revolver freehub tells a bit more, for my benefit as much as anyone elses:

as nbt says, freehub is non-serviceable I think. You just buy a DMR one to replace it.
