Has anyone tried these? I'm in the market for some winter gloves and overshoes and these seem well priced but are they any good?
Thanks

are they the £6 ones ? If so... they're... well OK... not wonderful but OK.

My father has been using the overshoes and they seem very good, pretty much teh same as a pair I paid a lot more fun. I've got the gloves and not really convinced, the seams are quite large and rough and sit right on the finger nail, which I find uncomfortable.

Overshoes are good. Warm, toasty feet this morning. First time I have had any. Big patch of velcro down the achilles so can tighten to your own preference. Didn't get the gloves in the deal I went for.

I've got both. Never use the overshoes but that's because I've now got winter boots which work for me. The gloves are very windproof and a good 'chilly but not frozen' option. They're much less bulky than my Sealskin winter gloves making gear changing easier but they don't have the same absolute warmth.

Overshoes are good, especially for the price. Gloves, ok, not the best, but cheap. I just use them for the commute.

Overshoes are brilliant, mine are on there second winter and will easily see me through a third and maybe a fourth, not waterproof, though you do keep warm.
Gloves i'm less convinced about, they're okay, come up a little small and aren't that warm, but for a fiver still good value.

Gloves are for cold days, not freezing days for me. Rode with them in -3 on Sunday and had properly cold hands when I got home (sadly I forgot overshoes and couldn't find anything other than shorts so I was freezing in general).

Gloves are long in the finger, short in the thumb.
Overshoes are good though.

Overshoes are great, gloves a little on the small size (xl) but seem to stretch to fit. Used a couple of pairs of each at Strathpuffer. At the sale price you can't go wrong.

For the money I think the gloves are great, my hands where chilly in them at times this morning, but seem fine when it's not below zero. I have no issues with the fit or comfort, considering i'll pay 3 or 4 times the amount for fingerless mitts, they are doing a stout job.

Ok, thanks for the replies. Judging by your input they are perhaps not what im after as I have gloves for chilly days but not when its below zero and thats really what I am needing.
Thanks againPosted 4 months ago # -
Are these the gloves with the dimples? Wear them over some other gloves to provide a water/wind proof layer using your normal gloves to keep you warm.
