Whats the deal with planet x orders – do you normally get order confirmation from them? I placed an order around 9am Friday, paid via paypal, got confirmation of payment from paypal, but haven't heard anything from px yet.

The website states 'Same day dispatch on all orders before 3pm. Next day delivery.' Some communication would be good.

The order has just arrived now. Very quick delivery. Strange not to send some sort of confirmation of receipt of order.

you'll get email confirm in a day or two… usually the way with me. they are very fast at getting stuff out!
