Anyone have the email for someone higher up the food chain at Planet X?
I want to send them some feedback about a recent purchasing “experience” and based on my contact with their front-end people, I don’t expect that they would even open the mail, let alone inform their management.
The product (nanolight) is fantastic, as was the build quality. Also, one guy I spoke to on the phone (Ian) was extremely informative and customer focused. Unfortunately, several of his collegues are somewhat unreliable.
Not looking for anything in return but I hate to see a good product held back by shoddy customer service.
