Evening, I keep getting pins and needles in my right foot when riding.

Using spd’s whihc I’m quite happy with, so what could be causing the issue?

nerve compression..shoes too tight.

Is that all it is? Currently use mavics,

Trie dloosening them off today a bit but may have been a bit late. Need to get sorted as I have a race coming up that I’m really worrie dan out!

i had the same problem. tried northwave shoes then mavics.
then bought some specialised bg’s and now better, but not cured completely.
might try some better insoles.
cleat alignment is also important.
i will second the nerve compression answer.
my pins and needles were in the ball of my foot by the way.

I get them across the toes, was thinking about clear alignment, but how do I know what is right? Might try them forward a bit
