    apologies btw.

am wondering how people other people who suffer with them keep cycling.

i have suffered with them for a long time (have seen my doctor about them btw).

i have stopped riding my bike though due to the er donut ring syndrome (and bleeding occasionally 🙁 (no pain though).

how do others keep on cycling whilst suffering with them?

i really want to ride my bike again.

feel free to take the piss e.t.c (but it isn’t funny when you suffer with them i can assure you).

    thanks.

I wouldnt ride but if you constantly get ghem I’d hound the doc because there are various forms of surgery.

Surgery. Quick, easy but not painless!

If that bad then riding a bike is not your highest priority.
Vast majority of the cases of this can be treated.

Tuck them inside and duck tape the hole up while riding

Be careful which surgery, I had an op 20 years ago and although it helped a lot it can lead to incontince when you get older. Great, nobody told me at the time!
