I have just had my Rock Shox 426 Pikes serviced by TF Tuned and they and had a firm spring put in, so I have this medium spring up for grabs(This is good for riders up to 13 Stone).
Not looking for much, photo available (still covered in grease and sold as seen).

Helmet is a Giro Venti, approx 1 yr old and used less than once a fortnight and overall good condition - size L (61-63cm) I believe.
