New bike time and the choice of forks are Pike RC Solo 150mm or the RCT3 120/150 Dual.

I have ridden the RCT3 forks on a Strive and then are excellent. Would I notice any difference in performance if I go for the RC though? The difference is £70 , not a huge amount but still every penny counts.

And the RCT3 is the dual travel positioning, would it get used much? The Pike RCT3 on the Strive so far hasn’t caused any grief climbing.

I had 150 RC’s on my last full sus, think the main difference was they didn’t have lock out on them. Was never a problem for me

I’d get the RC and save a few quid, I like to just dial the right setting on and leave my fork anyway.

I have two of them actually, never wish for extra settings or knobs to twiddle.

I’ve got the RCT3’s and must confess to running them wide open all the time.

Been on my RC’s for over a year and they run great was over £100 for the RCT version and didn’t think i would use the lock out or whatever it was
