I know they are Spesh OEM forks but what are they like and are they missing anything compared to regular PIKES? Coil or Air? Thanks

Coil and steel steerer rather than alloy so heavier than regular Pikes AFAIK.

They run a simpler compression damper as chriswilk says. It does not have an adjustable gate, it only allows you to lock the fork out. I honestly don't miss this at all, but then I never wind my forks down or lock them out.

I'm sure mine have an ally steerer though!

I've been running them on my Santa Cruz BLT1 for almost 18 months and am pretty pleased with them!

    Hope this helps 🙂

I thought they were an alloy steerer too, but thats possibly just the spesh ones, other OEM ones probably vary.
