Considering people worthless because you don’t understand what they do?

    No, not funny really.

No but the difference in reactions of those who do, compared with the ‘other’ site is already quite amusing 😉

Yeah I find it funny but only ‘cos I’m self employed and could easily be the one down the hole.

Heard a woman on a train once bemoaning that whenever she saw track workers they were stood doing nothing……

I find it funny as I have worked on things for people with several of those job titles… often in the course doing parts of their job as well…

looks like our site services department watching a contractor do their work for them, minus all the hi-viz waistcoats.

Neither funny nor something which I recognise. And judging by the pale blue work clothes and lack of Hi-Viz presumably not in Britain, so which country is the bloke from Poland actually in ? Poland ?

I’ve been in almost this same position, Project manager, QS, project engineer and company manager all watching a me ( A student in the summer years ago) dig a hole looking for a pipe vent. I’ll admit the implications of where is was / could have been made everyone quite nervous hense eagarly watching!

    Ammusing all the same.

They’re delivering a replacement drawer front to me Thursday.
    Been waiting since March.
Although they are sending a whole packed unit, we have to undo it and remove the drawer bit. They mustn’t do that bit.
They are allowed to touch the old damaged part though
    Just c’mon.

Just a thought – how many people does the OP think would actually be able to work in that hole?

nope, sorry I’m afraid I’m not qualified to even guess, as it would require the specialist knowledge of some the ‘experts’ around the hole to give the accurate response you clearly desire.

It’s not funny at all. For a start it’s completely innacurate. The following points need to change to make it funnier.

The human resources manager is looking at the worker like he cares about him, that needs to stop.
The marketing manager looks like he/she are in the vicinity of some actual work, again, factually incorrect.
There’s a project manager not on holiday when the actual implementation work is being done, who are you trying to kid?
The IT manager and technology manager are outside.
Health and safety are there and yet the bloke could clearly easily injure himself digging a hole.

Finally, there’s a bloke from Poland there but I see no 1980’s BMW.

That picture is one huge lie.
