Some really great shots on here. They’re giving me a lot of inspiration for some new shots, thank you.
I seem to be focusing on astro-photography at the moment. Here’s my latest attempt, it’s a wide field view of comet Lovejoy. Passing through the constellation of Andromeda on its way through the plain of the Milky Way. Lovejoy is the tiny turquoise coloured dot just below centre and slightly to the right.
Some shots from a race I organised on a course I made from a disused quarry. Feedback was good but it took lots of hard work to pull it off .

Seeing redthunder’s photo of the Great Western paraffin parrot, reminded me of some I took of Wiltshire’s new bird, after it landed on a school playing field while I was walking home from work. First time I’d seen it, it came into service on Jan 1:

And a clear winter sunset on the Avalon Marshes, near Glastonbury.
JohnClimber I really like the panorama and CountZero good work with that sunset
Three Fish – that second image is amazing, I’d happily hang that on my wall.
Bianchi Boy – I think I will put the battery on charge and see if the mood takes me. Apologies for the autocorrect error on your name in my previous post.
