The only other one I look at is luminous landscapes, but they’ve just gone paywall for content, forum is still open, but I can’t see them being around for long.
It’s a shame they went pay for; I liked the site and used to regularly visit but I don’t bother anymore.
The Phoblographeris an excellent site and often has articles focused on technique and knowledge as well as many featured photographers. It’s more skewed to urban/street/portrait photography than landscape though.
Also have a look at Photography Life. That site is a lot like Luminous Landscape and also features tutorial focused articles but is crucially also still free to view.
Steve Huff Photo has a nice feel to it. It’s more gear focused and it’s by no means an independent review site as Steve freely admits he only reviews gear he likes, but he’s a nice guy and he features lots of other ordinary photographers work on a daily basis so it has a strong community feel to it, without that beind done through a forum.
