Possibly Z1ppy, but I don't have a photo driving license (OK have a passport) however, I do not think the Police have access to these databases or photo's.
Could be wrong......

It'll be on a list to get around to it some day, it won't be high on any priority list
Besides, they have good photos of crooks on Crime Watch every month and the police just sit there chatting on the phones in the background

Nahhh ... just run him over Chinese truck/lorry driver style ... squash! crack!(check Youtube for fatal accident one of the gruesome one being a man/woman getting run over by a 10 tonnes lorry ... you can see the head squash!)
