    Customer service literally cannot get better.

    “I’d like this phone, I live just up the road, can you match this deal?”
    “Very nearly”
    “Ok”
    Salesman then proceeds to phone up the phones4u call centre… and hand me the receiver. Salesman dosses about on internet. Call centre take details, do the credit check thing, and tell me the phone will be in the post.

    I leave, feeling underwhelmed by the first person shopping experience.

    So, thanks for that then. Seriously boys, I went to a shop so I could:
    (a) perform the entire shopping transaction face to face
    (b) walk out the shop with phone of my choice

    I might as well have just called them myself from the comfort of my own home.

    Needless to say, I won’t be going there again.

    So they gave you what you wanted, only because you have to wait a day or so for a new phone you’re complaining?
    I wish I had your problems!
