    Is there a good children’s play area near the town centre?

    Local park

    Just across the canal in the town centre

    Take a ball or kite and you’re sorted, as there isn’t much there

    I’d take them to feed the ducks down by the bridge, age dependant of course

    Better popping over to Tod park, lots there for the kids.

    Thanks, but we wanted to go to Hebden Park, what with us being in Hebden for the day.

    The play area was spot on and the kids loved it.
